The EVOLVE Partner Programme (EPP) is an exciting new scheme designed to support Trusts in their work with educational establishments by enabling them to secure fantastic savings with EVOLVE+ on behalf of their schools.
EVOLVE+ is an additional package of features which schools can include with their EVOLVE listing on an EVOLVE Collaboration system. EVOLVE+ enables schools to manage their educational visits more efficiently at school level by using the following features:
Link EVOLVE with schools’ MIS such as SIMS, Integris, ScholarPack to automatically upload student data, roll up year groups, manage staff accounts, and include additional information on registers such as dietary needs, medical information and contact details.
Seek initial approval from key staff such as Cover Manager, Finance or Deputy Head before planning the activity.
Seek e-consent from parents to save paper, money and time, as it automatically records responses online on the visit register.
Export key information such as Activity Name, Date, Time, Leader, etc. to external calendars such as Outlook, enabling office staff to retain an overview without logging into EVOLVE.
Send emails and SMS messages from EVOLVE and one mobile2mobile text which EVOLVE automatically distributes to all contacts on a register – great when you’re delayed because of traffic!
Approved EVOLVE Partners will display an EVOLVE ‘Features Box’ on their EVOLVE homepage, which will be maintained by eduFOCUS Ltd. This will, for example, highlight benefits of EVOLVE+ elements such as Visit Comms or Consent, or other modules such as EVOLVEaccidentbook or EVOLVEclubs, and may include Top Tips. It will not include information from any other company or organisation.
The size of this ‘EVOLVE Features Box’ will be similar to the current ‘What’s New’ box, which we use to share updates with System Administrators. EVOLVE Partners may also invite the EVOLVE team to attend any appropriate Outdoor Learning or EVC events to offer support and guidance to your schools. We can run EVOLVE workshops too, should this be of use.
EPP allows Trusts to purchase EVOLVE+ for their schools at significantly reduced rates when compared to schools buying the product directly from eduFOCUS Ltd. Trusts can pass on those savings to schools should they wish to, or adjust accordingly.

Absolutely. Schools can purchase EVOLVE+ from eduFOCUS, who will invoice the school directly.
EVOLVE+ has no effect on your Local Authority site. EVOLVE+’s features are designed to improve internal school management which means that the Local Authority settings, customisation and approval chain remain unaffected by EVOLVE+. Furthermore, any non-EVOLVE+ schools will also be unaffected.
Schools listed on Local Authority EVOLVE sites are increasingly contacting us with requests for additional features, such as those that they would get with their own ‘stand-alone’ EVOLVE site. We have always been keen to support LAs in maintaining their customer base and in offering this package at significantly reduced rates, we believe that we can help Local Authorities in this process.
