EVOLVEpay is a fully hosted payment platform with the capacity to streamline multiple financial management workflows and processes. It integrates with other EVOLVE applications to manage associated payments (visits and clubs), but can also be used to handle peripheral student bills, including, but not limited to, school fees and transport fees.

EVOLVEpay comes with EVOLVEshop. Enabling parents to purchase products, services and events online removes the need for invoicing and deferred payments. It also makes it easier to process orders and manage stock. EVOLVEshop is also an efficient way to process donations and fundraising revenue, and the public storefront enables designated items to be sold to the wider community.

Yes, parents are able to make part payments which are set by the school.

This can be done automaticaly by scheduling payment reminders to go out to parents seven and three days before payment is due and, finally, on the due date.
